Little Loon Lake West

The LLLC acquired a conservation easement on a one-half acre piece of wetland at the south end of the lake in 2008. Located on the west side of the railroad tracks and just south of the Larson Beach Road Bridge over the tracks, this wetland is part of the 11-acre Little Loon Lake wetland, a major part of the remaining wetlands which serve the lake. The LLLC conservation easement protects in perpetuity the overflow system from Little Loon Lake that directs water through a culvert system, emptying into the lake during high water.

This is private property and not available for public use.  An option for the public is to check out the LLLC location map for access to LLLC property that are for public use for walking, hiking, bicycling and enjoying nature.
