Summer’s Eve at the Lake 2026

Fundraiser for the Loon Lake Land Conservancy

Important Cummunity Update

Event Canceled

Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the wildfires across the Stevens and Spokane County communities. We know all our supporters, donors, volunteers and sponsors may be dealing with evacuations, damage or loss, or uncertainty right now. Please know we are praying and thinking of you.
We are working with our trusted vendors to minimize the financial impact of the cancellation on the LLLC. In the case of our dining partner, SmokeRidge BBQ, a locally owned family business, we have asked them to provide the food prepared for our event as a donation to the Spokane fire rescue teams or other first responders.
Due to these extreme conditions, all those displaced, air quality and uncertainty of the future, with great sadness we, the Loon Lake Land Conservancy Board of Directors and the Summer’s Eve Planning Committee have decided to cancel our Summer’s Eve at the Lake event for 2026.
For those who purchased tickets for our event, please let us know if you would like a full refund by emailing us at LoonLakeConservancy@gmail.com.

If you wish to offer your ticket purchase as a donation to the Conservancy, we thank you for your contribution to the organization. We would like to provide you with your guest gift – a boxed monogrammed stemless wine glass for each ticket donated. You may arrange pickup with Kathleen Tucker in Loon Lake (please call or text her at 916-871-0539).

Looking Forward

We look forward to gathering next year to celebrate all the accomplishments your help and support have given in helping the Conservancy’s Mission be a success. We could not do the work to protect the lake we all love without you.
This is a time to come together as a community to help and support all those affected in any way by the wildfires. Please continue to keep all who have been displaced, lost their homes, or are facing uncertainty, in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for your continued support in the Conservancy and your understanding.

LLLC President
